# Leverage & Positions

* Leverage: Selectable per market. RWA equity markets support leverage up to 20×, with tiered position limits at higher leverage levels. Exact leverage tiers and position-size caps are published per instrument on the trading interface.
* Position mode: Within a given margin mode, positions are one-way. You cannot hold a long and a short in the same contract at the same time; placing an opposite order will reduce or close your existing position.
